BIOGRAPHY - It was about nine years ago when Wayne first came to volunteer at Sanctuary. "I just thought I'd wash some dishes or peel some spuds" was the first thing he said to Greg Paul. Greg's response was, "Why don't you just grab a seat and be friends?"

Last year Wayne was commended by Don Valley Bible Chapel to join the staff to pursue his passion for ministry within a small business setting. Convinced that simply getting people jobs was not enough he was determined to develop work opportunities within the community.

This year Wayne will use his past experience as a machinist, welder and woodworker as well as his more recent experience in marketing and advertising to launch the Mustard Tree Woodworking shop.
